Ingredients:
- Bitter gourd (Karele): 300gm
 - Pickle masala: 1 tablespoon
 - Mustard oil: as per need
 
- Cut the bitter gourd according to size and shape you want
 - Now deep fry it to make golden brown in colour
 - Take out the bitter gourd
 - Now in a pan put 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and let it heat
 - After heating mustard oil add fried bitter gourd and also add 1 tablespoon of pickle masala and mix it well
 - Aachari karela is ready to be served
