Ingredients:
  • Bitter gourd (Karele): 300gm
  • Pickle masala: 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard oil: as per need 
 Method:
  • Cut the bitter gourd according to size and shape you want
  • Now deep fry it to make golden brown in colour
  • Take out the bitter gourd 
  • Now in a pan put 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and let it heat
  • After heating mustard oil add fried bitter gourd and also add 1 tablespoon of pickle masala and mix it well
  • Aachari karela is ready to be served
