Paneer Kali Mirch recipe | kaali mirch paneer | paneer recipe in hindi
Ingredients:
- Paneer(Indian cottage cheese): 400gm
 - Curd: 100gm
 - Fresh cream: 3 tablespoon
 - Refined oil
 - Grated ginger garlic: 2 teaspoon
 - Green chilli: 2 finely chopped
 - Onion: 2 finely chopped
 - Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
 - Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
 - Garam masala powder: 1/2 teaspoon
 - Salt to taste
 - Grounded Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
 - Cloves: 4
 - Cinnamon: 1 piece
 - Bay leaves: 2
 - Cardamom: 4
 - Black Cardamom: 1
 
Method:
- Put a pan on gas stove, heat it
 - First fry onion for that add refined oil to pan and let it heat
 - Fry onion till it become light golden brown in colour
 - Take out onion in a plate, let it cool and make paste of fried onion with 1/2 cup of water
 - After making paste, put a pan again on gas stove and add 3 tablespoon refined oil, let it warm on full flame
 - Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and fry it
 - Add all the whole spices and fry it
 - Add grated ginger garlic and chopped green chilli and fry it
 - Turn the flame to low, add onion paste, mix well and fry it
 - Add curd and mix it well, turn the gas to medium
 - Cover the pan and cook masala for 2min on low flame
 - After 2 min remove the lid and add 1 teaspoon coriander powder. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon grounded black pepper, and mix it well
 - Add paneer(indian cottage cheese) and 1 cup of water and mix it well
 - Cover the pan and cook for about 5-7 min on medium flame
 - Add 2-3 tablespoon fresh cream and mix well
 - Now cover the pan and keet it for 1-2 min(doing this will result in thick gravy)
 - Paneer kali mirch is ready, add fresh cream to garnish
