Vrat ke pakore | Kuttu ke pakode recipe | व्रत के लिए कुट्टू के पकोड़े
Ingredients:
- Potato: 5
 - Buckwheat flour(Kuttu ka aata): 250gm
 - Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
 - Green coriander: chopped
 - Rock salt(senda namak): to taste
 - Green chilli: 2 chopped
 - Refined oil
 
- In a bowl add Buckwheat flour(kuttu ka aata), Rock salt(senda namak) to taste, Green chilli, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder, Green coriander leaves and mix it well
 - Add water gradually and mix it well, paste should neither thick nor very loose
 - Now add chopped slices of potato and mix well
 - Now put pan on gas stove and add oil, let it warm on full flame
 - Turn the flame to medium and add potato(one at a time) carefully
 - Fry potato while overturning on medium flame to make crispy pakode
 - Pakode is ready, serve it with green coriander chutney or curd
