Vrat ke pakore | Kuttu ke pakode recipe | व्रत के लिए कुट्टू के पकोड़े



Ingredients:
  • Potato: 5
  • Buckwheat flour(Kuttu ka aata): 250gm
  • Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green coriander: chopped
  • Rock salt(senda namak): to taste
  • Green chilli: 2 chopped
  • Refined oil 
Method:
  • In a bowl add Buckwheat flour(kuttu ka aata), Rock salt(senda namak) to taste, Green chilli, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder, Green coriander leaves and mix it well
  • Add water gradually and mix it well, paste should neither thick nor very loose
  • Now add chopped slices of potato and mix well
  • Now put pan on gas stove and add oil, let it warm on full flame
  • Turn the flame to medium and add potato(one at a time) carefully
  • Fry potato while overturning on medium flame to make crispy pakode
  • Pakode is ready, serve it with green coriander chutney or curd
