Sabudana dry fruit namkeen | vrat ki namkeen | Sabudana Aloo lacha namkeen
Ingredients:
- Almonds(badaam): 20-25
 - Rock salt(Senda namak): 1/2 teaspoon
 - Raisins(kishmish): 25-30
 - Cashew(kaju): 20-25
 - Sago(Sabudana): 1 small cup
 - Puffed lotus seed(makhane): 1 cup
 - Tagar(boora): 2 tablespoon
 - Grated potato: 1
 - Peanuts: 1 medium cup
 - Chopped coconut: 1/2
 - Refined oil
 
- Put pan on gas stove and add refined oil and let it warm on full flame
 - First check if refined oil is warmed or not by adding a piece of sago, if sago floats then the oil is ready to use(oil should not be very hot)
 - Add sago carefully and fry it
 - Add peanuts and fry till it become light golden brown
 - Add cashews and fry it for 1-2 min
 - Add almonds and fry it for 1-2 min
 - Add chopped coconut and fry for about 10 sec
 - Add grated potato and fry it for 1-2 min
 - Fry puffed lotus seeds in less oil for 2-4 min(puffed lotus seeds can absorb large amout of oil)
 - In a bowl add all the ingredients including raisins, 2 tablespoon tagar, 1/2 teaspoon rock salt and mix well
 - Vrat namkeen / sabudana dry fruit namkeen is ready
