Ingredients:

  • Maggi: 2 pack
  • Green peas: 1/2 cup
  • Carrot: finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli: finely chopped 1
  • Butter
  • Green coriander: finely chopped

Method:

  • Put pan on gas stove and let it heat
  • Add 2 cubes of butter and let it melt
  • Add finely chopped carrot, green peas and fry it for 2 min
  • Add finely chopped green chilli
  • Now cover the pan and turn the gas to low  to cook carrot, green peas and green chilli
  • Remove the cover and add 3 cup of water
  • Now again cover the pan and let the water boil
  • After removing the cover add maggi masala and mix it well
  • Add maggi and mix it well
  • Now cover the pan and cook maggi for 2 min on low flame
  • Remove the cover, add green coriander to garnish, maggi is ready to be served
