Ingredients: 

  • Poha: 2 cup
  • Green peas: 1 cup
  • Potato: 1 chopped
  • Refined oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoon
  • Green chilli: 1 finely chopped
  • Tomato: 1 chopped
  • Curry leaves dry: 8-10
  • Mustard seed: 2 teaspoon
  • Onion: 1 finely chopped


Method:

  • Wash poha 2-3 times with water
  • Now put pan on gas stove and let heat
  • Add refined oil to fry potatoes
  • Fry potatoes for 2-3 min
  • Take out fried potatoes in a plate and keep it aside
  • Now there should be around 1 tablespoon of oil in pan
  • Add 2 teaspoon mustard seed and let it cook
  • Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and finely chopped green chilli
  • Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes 
  • Now cover the pan and cook tomatoes and onion for 2 min on low flame
  • After 2 min remove the cover and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, salt to taste and mix it well
  • Add green peas and mix it well
  • Now cover the pan and cook green peas for 2 min on low flame
  • After 2 min remove the cover and add fried potatoes and poha and mix it well
  • Now turn off the gas stove, add green coriander to garnish
  • Poha is ready to be served
