Ingredients:
- Poha: 2 cup
- Green peas: 1 cup
- Potato: 1 chopped
- Refined oil
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoon
- Green chilli: 1 finely chopped
- Tomato: 1 chopped
- Curry leaves dry: 8-10
- Mustard seed: 2 teaspoon
- Onion: 1 finely chopped
Method:
- Wash poha 2-3 times with water
- Now put pan on gas stove and let heat
- Add refined oil to fry potatoes
- Fry potatoes for 2-3 min
- Take out fried potatoes in a plate and keep it aside
- Now there should be around 1 tablespoon of oil in pan
- Add 2 teaspoon mustard seed and let it cook
- Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and finely chopped green chilli
- Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes
- Now cover the pan and cook tomatoes and onion for 2 min on low flame
- After 2 min remove the cover and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, salt to taste and mix it well
- Add green peas and mix it well
- Now cover the pan and cook green peas for 2 min on low flame
- After 2 min remove the cover and add fried potatoes and poha and mix it well
- Now turn off the gas stove, add green coriander to garnish
- Poha is ready to be served
