aloo ka halwa | aalu ka sheera | vandana ki kitchen
Ingredients:
- Boiled potato: 4
 - Chopped almonds
 - Chopped cashews
 - Cardamom powder
 - Desi ghee: 3 tablespoon
 - Sugar: 3 tablespoon
 
Method:
- First mash potato in a bowl
 - Put a pan on gas stove and let it heat
 - Add 3 tablespoon desi ghee and let it heat
 - Now add mashed potato and cook it to change its colour to light brown
 - Add 3 tablespoon sugar and cook it to melt
 - Add 1teaspoon cardamom powder, chopped almonds, chopped cashews and mix it well
 - Now cook for about 2-3 min on low flame
 - Aloo ka halwa is ready, garnish it with chopped almonds and cashews
