Ingredients:

  • Boiled potato: 4
  • Chopped almonds
  • Chopped cashews 
  • Cardamom powder
  • Desi ghee: 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoon


Method:

  • First mash potato in a bowl
  • Put a pan on gas stove and let it heat
  • Add 3 tablespoon desi ghee and let it heat
  • Now add mashed potato and cook it to change its colour to light brown
  • Add 3 tablespoon sugar and cook it to melt
  • Add 1teaspoon cardamom powder, chopped almonds, chopped cashews and mix it well
  • Now cook for about 2-3 min on low flame
  • Aloo ka halwa is ready, garnish it with chopped almonds and cashews
