ब्रेड से झट पट बनाये टेस्टी और आसान नाश्ता | Bread Snacks Recipe | Easy recipe | Vandana ki Kitchen



Ingredients:
  • White bread: 4
  • Green coriander
  • Pav bhaji masala: 1 teaspoon
  • Green capsicum: 1 finely chopped
  • Tomato: 1 finely chopped
  • Onion: 1 finely chopped
  • Indian cottage cheese(paneer): 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Yellow chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Refined oil: 2 tablespoon
Method:
  • Put pan on gas stove and let it warm
  • Now add 2 tablespoon of refined oil and let it warm
  • Add onion and fry it for about 1 min on full flame
  • Add tomato and fry it to make it soft
  • Add green capsicum and fry it for 1 min
  • Now turn the gas to low and add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 yellow chilli powder, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, salt to taste and mix it well
  • Now cover the pan and cook masala for 2 min on low flame
  • After 2 min remove the lid and add Indian cottage cheese and mix it well
  • Add bread pieces and sprinkle little water on bread to make it soft and mix it well
  • Bread snacks is ready, garnish it with green coriander and serve hot
