ब्रेड से झट पट बनाये टेस्टी और आसान नाश्ता | Bread Snacks Recipe | Easy recipe | Vandana ki Kitchen
Ingredients:
- White bread: 4
- Green coriander
- Pav bhaji masala: 1 teaspoon
- Green capsicum: 1 finely chopped
- Tomato: 1 finely chopped
- Onion: 1 finely chopped
- Indian cottage cheese(paneer): 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Yellow chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Refined oil: 2 tablespoon
- Put pan on gas stove and let it warm
- Now add 2 tablespoon of refined oil and let it warm
- Add onion and fry it for about 1 min on full flame
- Add tomato and fry it to make it soft
- Add green capsicum and fry it for 1 min
- Now turn the gas to low and add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 yellow chilli powder, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, salt to taste and mix it well
- Now cover the pan and cook masala for 2 min on low flame
- After 2 min remove the lid and add Indian cottage cheese and mix it well
- Add bread pieces and sprinkle little water on bread to make it soft and mix it well
- Bread snacks is ready, garnish it with green coriander and serve hot
