सोया चंक से बनाये टेस्टी और हेअल्थी नाश्ता | Soya chunk breakfast | fried soya chunk



Ingredients:
  • Soya Chunk: 50gm
  • Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato: 1 finely chopped
  • Onion: 1 finely chopped
  • Refined oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Yellow chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Method: 
  • First boil soy chunk, to boil soya chunk put pan on gas stove and add 2 glass of water and let it boil, add 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • After boiling water add soya chunk and turn off the gas and cover the pan for 10 min 
  • After 10 min remove excess water from soy chunk
  • Now put another pan on gas stove and let it warm
  • Add 1 tablespoon refined oil and let it warm
  • Now add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and fry it
  • Add onion and fry it
  • Add tomato and fry it
  • Cover the pan and cook tomato on low flame for 1-2 min
  • Remove the lid and add soy chunk and mix it well
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon yellow chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and mix it well on full flame for 1-2 min
  • Turn off the gas, fried soy chunk is ready, server hot
