सोया चंक से बनाये टेस्टी और हेअल्थी नाश्ता | Soya chunk breakfast | fried soya chunk
Ingredients:
- Soya Chunk: 50gm
- Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Tomato: 1 finely chopped
- Onion: 1 finely chopped
- Refined oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Yellow chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
- First boil soy chunk, to boil soya chunk put pan on gas stove and add 2 glass of water and let it boil, add 1/2 teaspoon salt
- After boiling water add soya chunk and turn off the gas and cover the pan for 10 min
- After 10 min remove excess water from soy chunk
- Now put another pan on gas stove and let it warm
- Add 1 tablespoon refined oil and let it warm
- Now add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and fry it
- Add onion and fry it
- Add tomato and fry it
- Cover the pan and cook tomato on low flame for 1-2 min
- Remove the lid and add soy chunk and mix it well
- Add 1/4 teaspoon yellow chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and mix it well on full flame for 1-2 min
- Turn off the gas, fried soy chunk is ready, server hot
