कच्चे आम का रायता | kacche aam ka raita recipe in hindi | vandana ki kitchen
Ingredients:
- Raw mango(kaccha aam): 1
 - Black salt: 1/4 teaspoon
 - Black mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
 - Dry red chilli: 1
 - Curd: 1 cup
 - Red chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
 - Salt to taste
 - Refined oil: 1 tablespoon
 - Curry leaves
 - Asafoetida: 1 pinch
 
- Peel the raw mango and grate it(remove the seed)
 - Put curd in a bowl and make it smooth
 - Now add salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, grated raw mango and mix it well
 - Now for tadka, put tadka pan on gas stove and let it warm on low flame
 - Add 1 tablespoon refined oil and let it warm
 - Add dry red chilli(break it into pieces before adding it to warmed refined oil)
 - Add 1 teaspoon black mustard seed
 - Add curry leaves(3-4)
 - Turn off the gas and add 1 pinch of asafoetida, tadka is ready
 - Add tadka to curd mixture and mix it well
 - Raw mango raita is ready
