कच्चे आम का रायता | kacche aam ka raita recipe in hindi | vandana ki kitchen



Ingredients:
  • Raw mango(kaccha aam): 1
  • Black salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Dry red chilli: 1
  • Curd: 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Refined oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Curry leaves
  • Asafoetida: 1 pinch
Method: 
  • Peel the raw mango and grate it(remove the seed)
  • Put curd in a bowl and make it smooth 
  • Now add salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, grated raw mango and mix it well
  • Now for tadka, put tadka pan on gas stove and let it warm on low flame
  • Add 1 tablespoon refined oil and let it warm
  • Add dry red chilli(break it into pieces before adding it to warmed refined oil)
  • Add 1 teaspoon black mustard seed
  • Add curry leaves(3-4)
  • Turn off the gas and add 1 pinch of asafoetida, tadka is ready
  • Add tadka to curd mixture and mix it well
  • Raw mango raita is ready
