fried arbi recipe
Ingredients :
- Arbi : 500gm
 - Tomato : 1 chopped
 - Onion : 1 chopped
 - Green chilli : 2
 - Asafoetida :
 - Ginger Garlic paste
 - Oil : 3 tablespoon
 - Turmeric : 1 tablespoon
 - Salt to taste
 - Cumin seeds : 1 tablespoon
 - Amchur : 1 tablespoon
 - red chilli : 1/4 teaspoon
 
- Put kadhai on gas stove, let it warm
 - Add 3 tablespoon oil
 - Add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
 - Add tomato, onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, asafoetida, and fry on full flame
 - Add arbi and turn the gas low
 - Cover the lid and cook for 10 min on low flame
 - Add 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon amchur, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, salt to taste
 - Mix well and turn the gas to medium
 - Cover the lid and cook for 10 min on low flame
 - Add green coriander to garnish and serve hot
