fried arbi recipe



Ingredients : 
  • Arbi : 500gm
  • Tomato : 1 chopped
  • Onion : 1 chopped
  • Green chilli : 2
  • Asafoetida : 
  • Ginger Garlic paste 
  • Oil : 3 tablespoon
  • Turmeric : 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds : 1 tablespoon
  • Amchur : 1 tablespoon
  • red chilli  : 1/4 teaspoon
Method : 
  •  Put kadhai on gas stove, let it warm
  • Add 3 tablespoon oil
  • Add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds 
  • Add tomato, onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, asafoetida, and fry on full flame
  • Add arbi and turn the gas low
  • Cover the lid and cook for 10 min on low flame
  • Add 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon amchur, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, salt to taste
  • Mix well and turn the gas to medium
  • Cover the lid and cook for 10 min on low flame
  • Add green coriander to garnish and serve hot
