tawa fish fry | तवा फिश फ्राई | how to make tawa fish fry
 Ingredients: 
- Fish: 2kg
 - Refined oil
 - Salt to taste
 - Coriander powder
 - Red chilli powder
 - Turmeric powder
 - Dry coriander seeds:
 - Maize flour(mecca ka aata)
 - Grated ginger garlic: 3 teaspoon
 - Lemon: 1
 - Food colour
 - Gram flour(besan)
 - Grounded red chilli
 - Garam masala
 
- Put the fish in a bowl
 - Add 3-4 tablespoon gram flour, 2 tablespoon maize flour, 2 teaspoon grounded dry coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste, 1 pinch food colour, 2-3 grated ginger garlic, 1/2 lemon and mix it well
 - Cover the bowl and keep it for 10-15 min
 - Put a Non-stick pan on gas stove and heat it
 - Add refined oil and spread it over pan and heat it on full flame
 - Turn the gas to low
 - Add fish and cook on low flame from both sides till the fish becomes crispy
 - Fry the fish properly from both sides( it may take about 5-6 min to cook fish)
 - Fry fish on low to medium flame to cook it properly
 - Tawa fish fry is ready, now put fried fish on kitchen towel to remove excess oil
 - Serve it with sliced onion and green coriander chutney
