Crispy Gobi ke Pakode | Cauliflower Pakode Recipe | how to make gobi ke pakode in hindi



Ingredients :
  • cauliflower(gobhi) : 500gm
  • refined oil
  • dry coriander flakes : 2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder : 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder : 1/4 teaspoon
  • garam masala : 1/4 teaspoon
  • asafoetida : 1 pinch
  • besan : 1 cup
  • green coriander
  • green chilli : 3 finely chopped
Method:
  • In a bowl add besan and add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 pinch asafoetida, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoon dry coriander flakes, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli,  1 teaspoon chopped green chilli, salt to taste, green coriander and mix it well
  • Now add water gradually and mix well to remove all lumps( consistency of besan should neither very thick nor very loose)
  • Add gobhi(Cauliflower) and mix well and keep it for 5 min
  • Put kadhai on gas stove and add refined oil to it and let it warm
  • Now add gobhi with the help of spoon 
  • Fry gobhi on medium to make crispy pakode
  • gobhi ke pakode is ready, serve it with coriander chutney
