Crispy Gobi ke Pakode | Cauliflower Pakode Recipe | how to make gobi ke pakode in hindi
Ingredients :
- cauliflower(gobhi) : 500gm
- refined oil
- dry coriander flakes : 2 teaspoon
- red chilli powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- salt to taste
- turmeric powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- garam masala : 1/4 teaspoon
- asafoetida : 1 pinch
- besan : 1 cup
- green coriander
- green chilli : 3 finely chopped
- In a bowl add besan and add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 pinch asafoetida, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoon dry coriander flakes, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli, 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli, salt to taste, green coriander and mix it well
- Now add water gradually and mix well to remove all lumps( consistency of besan should neither very thick nor very loose)
- Add gobhi(Cauliflower) and mix well and keep it for 5 min
- Put kadhai on gas stove and add refined oil to it and let it warm
- Now add gobhi with the help of spoon
- Fry gobhi on medium to make crispy pakode
- gobhi ke pakode is ready, serve it with coriander chutney
