Kathal Ki Sabzi | Jackfruit Recipe | easy cooking Kathal masala Fry in hindi
Ingredients :
- jackfruit(kathal) : 300gm
 - degi mirch : 1/2 teaspoon
 - turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
 - cumin seeds : 1 teaspoon
 - coriander powder : 1 teaspoon
 - salt to taste
 - green coriander to garnish
 - garam masala : 1/2 teaspoon
 - red chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
 - curd(dahi) : 1 cup
 - cinnamon : 1 piece
 - clove : 3
 - black cardamon : 1
 - black pepper : 18-20
 - bay leaves : 1
 - mustard oil
 - tomato : 2 finely chopped
 - onion : 2 finely chopped
 - green chilli : 2 finely chopped
 - grated ginger garlic : 3 teaspoon
 
- Put kadhai on gas stove and add 3-4 teaspoon mustard oil, let it warm
 - First fry chopped jack fruit for 4-5 min on full flame and take it out in a plate
 - Now add 2-3 teaspoon mustard oil again in kadhai and let it warm on full flame
 - Turn the flame to low and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and fry it
 - Add chopped onion and fry for 1-2 min, add ginger garlic and green chilli and fry
 - Add tomato and fry to make it soft
 - Cover the lid and cook masala for 1-2 min on low flame
 - Add all the whole spices and fry on full flame for 1-2 min
 - Turn the gas to low and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coirander powder, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon degi mirch powder and fry
 - Add curd and fry on full flame
 - Cover the lid and cook for 1-2 min on low flame
 - Now add jack fruit and mix well
 - Add 1/2 cup of water
 - Cover the lid and cook for 10-15 min on low flame
 - Jackfruit recipe is ready, garnish with coriander leaves
