Ingredients: 

•  Shakarkandi(sweet potato): 500gm

Method: 

• Put kadhai on gas stove and add 3 glass of water
• Warm the water and place a utensil with grid on kadhai
•  Now place shakarkandi on utensil and cover the utensil
• Cook shakarkandi on low flame for 15-20 min
• Check if shakarkandi is boiled or not, by cutting it with knife
