kale chane chaat recipe | black chick peas recipe | rich in protein recipe
Ingredients:
- Black Chick Peas – 1 medium sized bowl
- Tomato – 1 finely chopped
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Green Coriander – finely chopped
- Paneer – 1 bowl (small pieces)
- Refined Oil – 2 teaspoon
- Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Method:
- First boil black chick peas, for that put a pressure cooker on stove and add 2 cup of water, add black chick peas and add 1/2 teaspoon salt, cover the lid and wait for 1 whistle
- Now put kadhai on gas stove on full flame, let it warm
- Add 2 teaspoon refined oil, let it warm
- Add 1 teaspoon cumin seed, fry it and turn the gas to low
- Add black chick peas and fry it for 2-3 minutes
- Turn the gas to full, add onion, tomato, green chilli, salt to taste and mix it well
- For 2-4 minutes fry at full flame
- Add paneer and mix it well
- Turn the gas off, add green coriander to garnish, mix well and serve
