Ingredients:
- Paneer - 200g
- Wheat dough
- Ginger & Garlic grated (optional) – 1 teaspoon
- Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
- Green Coriander - finely chopped
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Red Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Amchur Powder – ½ teaspoon
- Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala powder – ½ teaspoon
- Refined Oil
Method:
- Take a bowl and add Paneer in it, mash it well or (can also be grated).
- Now add Ginger & Garlic and Green Chilli, Onion, Green Coriander, 1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder, ½ teaspoon of Amchur Powder, ½ teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder, ½ teaspoon of Red Chilli powder or (add according to your taste), Salt to taste and mix it well.
- Stuffing is ready, also take wheat flour for loee and take dough, make a loee of it, put flour on it and roll it with rolling pin
- Add stuffing in it and close it softly, now put some wheat flour and press and roll with rolling pin softly else the stuffing will come out of it, put some more flour and roll it nicely, repeat the same for rest parathas.
- Put the Tawa on the gas stove on medium flame, heat it
- Now put some refined oil on tawa and place the paratha on it, apply refined oil on both the sides of paratha, turn it over and cook till it becomes light golden brown, press paratha softly and heat it to get a crispy texture
- Paratha is ready put it on a plate and repeat the same procedure for the rest of the parathas.
- Serve hot with raita, pickles, curd.
