इस तरह बनाये देसी तड़के से chinese आलू | chinese potato with desi tadka | Vandana Ki Kitchen
Ingredients:
- Boiled potato: 5
- Ajinomoto:1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup: 2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder: 1\4 teaspoon
- Onion: 1 finely chopped
- Black mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Dry red chilli: 2 piece
- Refined oil: 1 tablespoon
- White vinegar: 1/2 tablespoon
Method:
- Put pan on gas stove and let it heat
- Now add refined oil 1 tablespoon and let it warm
- Add dry red chilli( break dry red chilli into pieces before add it to refined oil so that it will not burst), black mustard seed 1 teaspoon and turn the gas to low
- Add chopped onions and fry it to change its colour on low flame
- Add sesame seeds 1 teaspoon and mix it well
- Add red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon, salt to taste and mix it well
- Add boiled potato, 1 teaspoon ajinomoto, soy souce 2 tablespoon, tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon, white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon and mix it well for about 1-2 min
- Chinese potato is ready to be served
