इस तरह बनाये देसी तड़के से chinese आलू | chinese potato with desi tadka | Vandana Ki Kitchen



Ingredients:
  • Boiled potato: 5
  • Ajinomoto:1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato ketchup: 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder: 1\4 teaspoon
  • Onion: 1 finely chopped
  • Black mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Dry red chilli: 2 piece
  • Refined oil: 1 tablespoon
  • White vinegar: 1/2 tablespoon
Method: 
  • Put pan on gas stove and let it heat
  • Now add refined oil 1 tablespoon and let it warm
  • Add dry red chilli( break dry red chilli into pieces before add it to refined oil so that it will not burst), black mustard seed 1 teaspoon and turn the gas to low
  • Add chopped onions and fry it to change its colour on low flame
  • Add sesame seeds 1 teaspoon and mix it well
  • Add red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon, salt to taste and mix it well
  • Add boiled potato, 1 teaspoon ajinomoto, soy souce 2 tablespoon, tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon, white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon and mix it well for about 1-2 min
  • Chinese potato is ready to be served
