Special dry Aloo matar | dry aloo matar recipe in hindi | dry aloo matar by vandana ki kitchen
Ingredients: 
- Potato: 5 medium sized
 - Peas: 300gm
 - Salt: to taste
 - Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
 - Yellow chilli powder: ½ teaspoon
 - Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
 - Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
 - Oregano (optional): 1 teaspoon
 - Refined oil: 2 tablespoon
 
Method:
- Put the pan on full flame and heat it, now add 2 tablespoon of refined oil and let it heat.
 - Let oil become to normal to add spices, now add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry it.
 - Add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon yellow chilli powder and mix it well, fry for 4-6 seconds on full flame.
 - Add potato and peas and mix it well on low flame.
 - Now cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
 - Add green coriander, mix it well now, switch off the flame.
 - Aloo matar is ready to serve and add oregano to garnish.
