Masala Paratha Recipe in Hindi | Masala Paratha by Vandana ki kitchen | Breakfast Masala Paratha



Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour: 1 medium cup
  • Refined oil
  • Carom seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Green coriander: finely chopped
  • Green chillil: 2 finely chopped
  • Red chillli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida: 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Method: 
  • In a bowl, add wheat flour, cumin seeds 1 teaspoon, asafoetida 1 pinch, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, coriander powder 1 teaspoon, salt to taste, red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon, finely chopped green coriander and green chilli, carom seeds 1 teaspoon, refined oil 1 tablespoon and mix it well
  • Now add water gradually to make wheat dough( dough should neither be very tight nor very soft) and keep it for 10 min
  • Break a piece big as a lemon off the dough and roll it into a ball with your hands.Wrap the ball in dry flour, dust off excess dry flour(excess dry flour should not be put on the ball). Roll it with the help of rolling pin with soft hands as per required size. 
  • Put pan on gas stove and heat it on full flame
  • Pour some refined oil on pan and spread it evenly and let it heat
  • Now put the rolled paratha on pan and let it cook
  • Cook paratha while overturning it and applying refined oil on both sides
  • Cook paratha on medium flame to make crisp
  • Cook from both sides till brown spots appears
  • Masala paratha is ready, serve it with curd
