Tadka Bathua ka raita | bathua ka raita recipe in hindi | how to make bathua ka raita
Ingredients :
- Bathua :250gm
- curd (dahi) : 300gm
- kala namak (black salt) to taste
- green chilli : 2
- asafoetida (heeng) : 1 pinch
- cumin seeds : 1 teaspoon
- salt to taste
- mustard oil : 2 teaspoon
Method:
- Put kadhi on stove and add 1 cup of water and boil bathua for 5-7 min on medium flame
- Make paste of bathua and green chilli
- Add paste of bathua and green chilli to curd
- Add salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon black salt and mix well
- Put a tadka pan on gas stove and let it warm
- Add 2 teaspoon mustard oil and let it warm
- Turn off the gas and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Add tadka to bathua
- Tadka bathua ka raita is ready
